Important Note about on-line ordering: Your shipping charges
(and applicable taxes if you are an Arkansas resident) will not
appear in your "Grand Total" when you check out, but will be added
to your total based on the chart above.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal
checks, and money orders.

How quickly do you ship?
Most orders ship either the same or next business day. If your
order cannot be shipped within 2 business days because we are out
of stock on an item, we will contact you by email with an update.

How will my order be shipped?
We ship via either USPS (Priority Mail, Parcel Post, or Media Mail)
or UPS, depending upon the total weight of your order. Heavier
shipments are usually shipped via UPS ground. We generally try to
use the quickest method that your shipping cost will cover.

Can I get it quicker?
If you are in urgent need, we can ship either UPS Next Day or 2nd
Day Air. Just put this in remarks when you place your order.
Important note: Please let us know if the address you are giving us
is only valid for USPS or UPS delivery. Also, many customers are
surprised by how expensive the UPS fees for these services can be.

If you are in a hurry but not urgent, please consider USPS Priority
Mail (usual delivery in 2-4 days, and not as expensive as UPS 2nd
day air). Please indicate in remarks when you place your order. A
general guideline is to expect an extra dollar shipping cost per
item for Priority Mail. We will only charge this extra amount if it's
necessary to cover the actual cost of the postage.

General guidelines for shipping times (U.S. Destinations)
UPS ground: 2-6 business days depending on destination (not
available to Alaska and Hawaii)
USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 days (not including Sundays)
USPS Parcel Post: 5-7 days
USPS Media Mail: 5-10 days
For foreign orders, we ship USPS airmail, and usual delivery is
7-10 business days, although sometimes it can take longer.

What if you are out of stock on an item?
In this situation, whenever possible, we try to ship the items we
have in stock the next business day after receiving your order, and
follow-up with any back-ordered item as soon as it becomes
available, at no additional cost to you.

Special Notes for Foreign Orders
Please be aware that there may be duty fees added to your order
by customs officials when your order arrives in your country. We
have found these fees to vary widely -- you may want to check with
your local post office on the likelihood of fees and how much you
may be charged.
